Refund Policy

All contributions to The File Share Place are voluntary donations.

Donations are non-refundable. When you contribute, 50% of the amount is allocated to the Community Bucket - a shared storage pool that allows anyone to test file transfers without setting up their own cloud storage. The remainder supports hosting and development costs. Because these funds are applied immediately upon receipt, I am unable to issue refunds.

If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, please contact me at [email protected] and I will investigate promptly.

There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or paid tiers. The File Share Place does not sell products or services - the only payments processed are voluntary donations via Stripe.
