Counter-notice
How do I contest a takedown?
If you believe a send was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice under
17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). The statute requires the counter-notice to identify
the material, contain your physical address, a statement under penalty of
perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal
district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial
district in which the service provider may be found).
Email counter-notices to [email protected]
and include the sendCuid shown above. The service does not collect sender
identity by design, so counter-notices cannot be filed through any in-app form.
See the full DMCA policy for how to submit a takedown notice.
